The Opportunity:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-driven Hospitality and Catering Coordinator to lead the delivery of quality food experiences and warm guest hospitality. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys making events special from the inside out.

In this role, you will:

🍽️ Coordinate catering and hospitality services for internal and external events
👨‍🍳 Liaise with chefs, suppliers, and service staff to delegate and manage team operations
📅 Organize bookings, schedules, and event logistics
💰 Monitor budgets and staffing levels to ensure efficient service delivery
✅ Maintain compliance with food hygiene (Level 2+), health and safety, First Aid, and other regulations
📣 Provide exceptional customer service and handle any issues with professionalism
📢 Support promotion of hospitality offerings through marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
