ML Training and Development

Malc Lewis is predominantly a soft skills trainer and his varied career has covered the design, delivery and evaluation of training from Induction through to Management Development with 360 feedback. He has also conducted one to one or group coaching sessions.

In previous roles Malc has been responsible for Business Recovery Processes in the event of a disaster or incident and has worked within the Telecommunications Industry on a short term contract.

A member of CIPD as well as being a qualified coach, Myers Briggs and NLP Practitioner and a Human Synergistics Accredited Consultant Malc delivers feedback and workshops using their Learning Styles Inventory (LSI) and other tools.

Although his roles have been varied his expertise certainly lies with communication and team building, together with leadership/management. Others have said this is what he does best.
