Valued clients of St John’s Mill we wanted to maintain our contact with you through this difficult trading period for us all.

We recognise that you will have challenges to overcome once Government restrictions are relaxed and we all start to get back to normal operations.

Rebuilding teams and establishing priorities will be on everyone’s agenda and we want you to know that the team at the Mill are here to help you.

We recognise that the time of transition will be messy, so during this period we will not be making any charges for cancellations or the rescheduling of events.

Naturally the Covid -19 virus has had a massive impact on our bookings at the Mill.

In less than 48 hours in mid-March a busy diary up to TT week disappeared as events were cancelled.

We value our staff and are committed to find creative ways to keep our team together until normal business can resume.

We therefore look forward to continuing our relationship with you when more normal times return.

In the meantime, we will maintain contact.

Whilst it is difficult to predict the effects of the current situation there seems to be no doubt that both business and the broader society will be operating in a

different environment in the future, and we will all have to change and adapt to new circumstances.

St Johns Mill is largely financed by serving the Islands business community, our commercial revenues allow us to operate as a non-profit making Christian Charity

supporting a wide range of social, educational, environmental and faith-based organisations that are the heartbeat of our community.

We value feedback from clients and would welcome feedback on how we might improve or develop with you.

We aim to provide a high level of personal service in an environment conducive to creativity and learning.

Our experience is that the  peace and tranquillity of our buildings, the welcome and freshly prepared food we serve,

frequently leads to more constructive and productive meetings and events that deliver improved outcomes.

We will look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you back to the Mill.

We assure you of a warm welcome.

With our best wishes,

David Sweet
