The Mill wheel reconstruction will be completed by July 2009 and will be opening to the public before the flower festival. The Wheel will be open during the flower festival times...not before except by invitation. The work has been undertaken By Mr Stan Kewley and Mr Eric Wilkins OBE and a team of local volunteers and specialists.
